At ECOSTACK®, we utilize third-party logistics providers to fulfill and deliver orders. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery confirmation is handled and how responsibility is determined. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Processing timelines may vary depending on operational conditions, inventory availability, and carrier capacity. ECOSTACK® does not guarantee expedited or same-day processing.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Shipping services are fulfilled through third-party carriers selected at ECOSTACK®’s discretion. Carrier selection, service type, and delivery method may vary based on destination and logistical considerations.


3. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

ECOSTACK® may provide shipment tracking when available, depending on the carrier and service level used.

  • When tracking information is provided, delivery confirmation through carrier tracking records is considered sufficient proof of successful delivery. In such cases, ECOSTACK® is not obligated to provide additional Proof of Delivery documentation.

  • When tracking information is not provided, ECOSTACK® may rely on Proof of Delivery (POD), carrier delivery confirmation, or equivalent records to confirm that the order has been successfully delivered.

The method of delivery confirmation used is determined solely by ECOSTACK® based on the shipping service utilized.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframes displayed on the website or at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, high shipping volume periods, or other factors beyond ECOSTACK®’s control.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, regardless of delivery speed, tracking availability, or confirmation method used.


6. Address Accuracy and Transfer of Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Once delivery has been confirmed either through tracking records or Proof of Delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. ECOSTACK® is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If delivery is confirmed through tracking or Proof of Delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. ECOSTACK® is not liable for packages reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation.


8. Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives damaged or broken, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage and original packaging.

Approved claims are handled in accordance with the Return & Replacement Policy, which provides replacement only. Refunds are not offered for damaged deliveries.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Any additional shipping or handling costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.


10. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ECOSTACK® is not responsible for customs-related delays.


11. Policy Modifications

ECOSTACK® reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.


12. Acceptance of Shipping Policy

By placing an order with ECOSTACK®, you acknowledge that delivery confirmation may be provided either through tracking records or Proof of Delivery, depending on the shipping method used, and you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
