Please read this Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order, as it clearly defines our policies regarding damaged items, replacements, non-returnable products, and refund limitations. 1. Policy Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all products purchased directly through the official ECOSTACK® Shopify store. It governs all matters related to returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds. This policy applies regardless of shipping destination, delivery method, or promotional status of the order.

2. Damaged, Broken, or Defective Items (Replacement Only)

If your ECOSTACK® product is delivered in a damaged, broken, or defective condition, you may qualify for a one-time replacement of the identical item, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • The customer must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage to the product and its original packaging

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, alteration, intentional damage, or improper storage after delivery

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, ECOSTACK® will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Replacement shipments are subject to standard processing and transit times.

No refunds will be issued for damaged items. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

All ECOSTACK® products are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Size, color, model, or design preferences

  • Incompatibility with customer needs or expectations

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or external logistics providers

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are strictly limited to replacements for damaged or defective items only. ECOSTACK® does not offer exchanges for:

  • Different products, sizes, models, or colors

  • Upgrades or substitutions

  • Promotional or discounted items

Only the same product originally purchased will be sent as a replacement.

5. Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement, customers must contact ECOSTACK® customer support and submit the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect

  • A brief written description of the issue

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ECOSTACK® reserves the right to approve or deny replacement claims at its sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

6. Time Limits and Claim Review

Replacement claims submitted after 48 hours from confirmed delivery may be denied. Claims that do not include sufficient documentation or that show signs of misuse or improper handling will not be approved.

ECOSTACK® reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before making a final determination.

7. Shipping and Liability Limitations

ECOSTACK® is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Carrier-related delays, losses, or service interruptions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Replacement shipments do not reset or extend any warranty or policy period.

8. Policy Enforcement and Modifications

ECOSTACK® reserves the right to refuse service, deny replacement requests, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from ECOSTACK®, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Replacement Policy in full.
