They Couldn't fulfill my order so they offered me a smaller size. I agreed and then they told me to go pick it up myself. Turns out they just ordered a completely different product from a chain store. The new item was not good quality and was much cheaper so I requested to be refunded the difference but they ghosted me. I have sent two emails requesting a refund and they have not replied to either.
